Madison Co. Man Charged in Dog Bite Investigation

The Madison County Sheriff’s Office charged Martin Christopher Martino on Tuesday with vicious dogs, owner recklessness and causing serious injury.

A Madison County man has been charged with six felony counts following a dog bite investigation.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Office charged Martin Christopher Martino on Tuesday with vicious dogs, owner recklessness and causing serious injury.

The charges stem from an investigation into a dog biting incident from earlier this month.

Martino has been released on an unsecured bond.

His court appearance is set for Thursday, July 31, in Madison County General District Court.

Officials say the investigation is on-going. Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact the Madison Co. Sheriff’s Office at 540-948-5161.
