Charlottesville Police arrest 31-year-old Andres Morales, charging him with driving under the influence.

Officials say Morales was driving west on Barracks Road around 1:30 Tuesday morning, when he crossed the center line and hit an investigator's car.

A uniformed officer responded and arrested Morales, who had driven away from the scene.

No one was injured in the crash.
