A wreck in Albemarle County sent one man to the hospital Monday night.
Police say the accident happened just before 6:30 p.m. on Green Creek Road, not far from Schuyler.
Police say Derick Ray Robertson, 29, from Scottsville, was driving drunk when he lost control and flipped over in the woods. Officials say Robertson was airlifted to the University of Virginia Medical Center.
Police say Robertson has a broken nose. He has been charged with DUI.
