Gubernatorial candidate, Terry McAuliffe visited Charlottesville on Wednesday.
He and Delegate David Toscano, toured the Downtown Mall, visiting some local businesses.
"I'm running for governor on a platform of job creation, economic development and within that making sure our education systems, transportation systems work and the best way you can do that is by listening to folks," said McAuliffe. "Folks, like here in the bookstore and the other stores we've seen, who have to sell to folks everyday. They have the pulse of whats going on."
MuAuliffe is traveling around Virginia, talking with small business owners to hear their ideas on how to make the Commonwealth more attractive to businesses.
