Mechanical Issue Closes Carver Rec. Center for the Day

The Carver Recreation Center at the Jefferson School has closed for the day due to a mechanical malfunction.

Crews discovered ethylene glycol leaking from the HVAC system, but is not said to be hazardous

All classes and activities scheduled for Tuesday, June 25, have been cancelled.

Summer camp programs have been moved to Walker Upper Elementary School for the day. Campers who are picked up by their parent or guardian will need to be picked up at Walker Upper Elementary instead of Carver Recreation. Campers who ride the bus will be picked up by bus at Walker Upper Elementary.
