Nelson county residents hold another meeting to discuss Dominion’s plans for a pipeline that could go through their property.

The meeting was held at 7 PM at the Rockfish Valley Community Center.

Dominion Resources announced last month that they were interested in building a natural gas pipeline from West Virginia to North Carolina, cutting through Virginia in the process.

On June 8 over 100 Nelson county residents gathered to express their concerns for the project at the Nelson Co. Library.

They hope that with community support, they can put an end to dominion's interest in the pipeline.

A community support group started a website to bring more information about the project. Click on the link under the picture for more.
