Non-Profit Group Helping to Find Missing Fluvanna Co. Woman

Help Save the Next Girl, a non-profit organization, is joining the effort to find a missing Fluvanna County woman.

The organization is using social media to ask for the public's help in locating 49-year-old Janet Renee Field.

Field was last seen by her husband at their home on Hickory Hill Road in Scottsville on July 2nd.

She is described as a white female, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 130 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.

Her car was later found in Park and Ride lot at Zion Crossroads in Louisa Co. on July 4th.

The Fluvanna Co. Sheriff's Office is investigating Field's disappearance. Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff's office at 434-589-8211.
