Noodles & Company will soon be the newest addition to the hundreds of restaurants in Charlottesville and local foodies are excited to add another one to their list.
"I eat out often and now I have a new place to come to," said Charlottesville native Olivia Branch.
Noodles was created from the idea that all over the world, in some shape or form, noodles are in almost every culture. Some say that fits right into the diverse food culture right here in Charlottesville.
"I've lived here since 1993 and when I heard this place was coming we got very excited," said Charlottesville resident Joel Jenkins.
"We're close enough to campus where we'll get a push from the students but far enough away to be in this new shopping center where everyone's kind of trying it out," said Noodles and Company Area Manager Matt Whisenant.
Some say it makes a great addition to the worldly food choices we're lucky to have around town.
"My daughter just made a comment and she thinks this place will be something her and her husband can both agree on and i think that's pretty special," Jenkins said.
Noodles and Burton's Grill will have their officially open their doors on Monday.
