Police Arrest Man for Impersonating a U.S. Marshal

Authorities say 38-year-old James Martinez Sellers was found on South Street shortly after 3 p.m. Sunday. According to police, Sellers was using a security badge to identify himself as a U.S. Marshall to people.

Charlottesville Police arrest a man who has been impersonating law enforcement in the area.

Authorities say 38-year-old James Martinez Sellers was found on the 900 block of South Street shortly after 3 p.m. Sunday.

According to police, Sellers was using a security badge to identify himself as a U.S. Marshall to people in the area.
