Police Arrest Man for Soliciting an Underage Girl

Albemarle County Police have arrested a man for a sex crime involving an underage girl.

On Thursday, Police arrested and charged William Paugh with Solicitation of a Minor, a felony offense.

Police say the solicitation occurred on a social media website, and that the juvenile victim and Paugh knew each other.

The investigation is ongoing at this point.
