Police Called to Albemarle Co. School After Report of Gun Shot Outside

A bus driver thought he heard a gunshot near Baker-Butler Elementary School in Albemarle County on Thursday morning.

The school responded with a partial lockdown, and did not let anyone go outside.

Police responded and searched the area. Nothing was found, and the school reopened about 15 minutes later.
