Police Conclude Investigation into Crash-Landing at CHO

May 13, 2013

State Police have wrapped up their investigation into what caused a plane to crash-land at the Charlottesville Albemarle Airport (CHO).

A two-seater plane landed on its belly around 5:00 PM Saturday at CHO.

The plane's landing gear retracted after hitting the runway too hard.

Neither of the two people inside the plane was hurt, but the crash tied up air-traffic for a few hours.
