Prosection Calls Witnessess In Turner Murder Trial

November 20, 2013

The prosecution continued making their case during the third day of the first-degree murder trial against Wanda Turner. Turner is accused of stabbing Robert “Eddie” Snead to death back in March of 2012.

Prosecutors say she robbed him and killed him, while the defense is saying she acted in self-defense.

On Wednesday, a detective recounted what Turner said is her version of the story. That Snead attacked her, pulled her hair, and came after her with a screwdriver.

She told him that she panicked and went back to the scene to make it look like a robbery.

The trial is expected to last the rest of the week.
