Report: Home Prices in Charlottesville Increase Year Over Year

New data shows homes across Charlottesville are gaining value

CoreLogic says their data shows home prices in Charlottesville rose by 1 percent in February of this year compared to this same time last year.

On a month-over-month basis, home prices increased by 0.5 percent in February 2014 compared to January 2014.

CoreLogic reports that national home prices increased by 12.2 percent in February 2014 compared to February 2013, making this the 24th month in a row that national home prices have gone up year over year.

On a month-over-month basis, national home prices increased by 0.8 percent from January to February 2014.
