Report: Home Prices in Charlottesville Increase Year Over Year

According to new data from CoreLogic, home prices in Charlottesville rose by 1.6 percent in July of this year compared to this same time last year.

Homes across the Charlottesville area, are gaining value.

According to new data from CoreLogic, home prices in Charlottesville rose by 1.6 percent in July of this year compared to this same time last year.

On a month-over-month basis, home prices increased by 1 percent in July 2014 compared to June 2014.

It's a similar trend across the country: national home prices have increased by 7.4 percent since last year.
