New data shows homes across Charlottesville are gaining value.
CoreLogic released new information on Tuesday that indicates home prices in the city rose by 3.0 percent in June of this year compared to the same time in 2012.
The company’s research shows that national home prices increased by 11.9 percent during the same time frame.
CoreLogic believes home prices will have risen by 1.8 percent from June to July of this year. Home prices are expected to rise by 12.5 percent when compared to prices in July 2012.
