Reward Offered for Info on Jesse Hicks' Disappearance

The Albemarle County Police Department is asking for the public's help in resolving their ongoing investigation on the disappearance of Jesse Hicks.

A $10,000 reward is available through CrimeStoppers for anyone with information that could lead to a successful resolution of the investigation.

Jesse Hicks went missing back in September of 2004. The 47-year-old was last seen driving his Ford pick-up truck near Blenheim in Albemarle Co. Four days later, the truck was found abandoned in a parking area off Route 29, near the intersection with Route 6 in Nelson County.

A person discovered his remains near Keene last week, ten years after he disappeared.
