Rotunda at UVa to Have Special Look for Graduation

May 8, 2013

The class of 2013 at the University of Virginia will notice a unique distinction for graduation.

The newly rebuilt rotunda dome will remain copper-colored for final exercises.

Crews were planning to paint the dome white this week, but the rainy weather has gotten in the way.

Construction crews are still in the process of removing the scaffolding in time for graduation.
