Rugby Rd. Neighbors Speak About Fraud Suspects

Neighbors of the home police raided on Rugby Road are speaking about the suspects who lived there.

Virginia State Police were at the house starting on Monday night.

Officers removed guns and boxes, and Animal Control took a dog from the property.

The house is a very expensive estate in an up-scale neighborhood.

Several neighbors said they had never seen anyone outside of the home, while other believed a young couple was renting the property.
