School Bus Driver Accused of Crime Against Child

May 30, 2013

A man who was recently employed as a school bus driver in Orange County is now facing charges of a crime against a child.

68 year old Randall Mason Young was arrested on Thursday. A Grand Jury handed down four felony counts of Indecent Liberties with a Minor while in a Supervisory Role and one felony count of the Use of a Communication System to Facilitate Certain Offenses Involving Children.

The investigation started because of a complaint generated by the school system, after an internal investigation by school officials. It is not clear if the alleged victim was a student.

He was terminated from his position in early February.

Young is being held in the Central Virginia Regional Jail without bond.
