The search is still going strong for missing Nelson County teenager Alexis Murphy.

On Sunday morning, around 50 people searched different parts of the county, including the home of alleged abductor Randy Taylor.

Sheriff David Brooks told Newsplex partner Blue Ridge Life Magazine that the searches turned up nothing new.

Murphy was last seen on Aug. 3 by family, and the last record of her on camera was at a gas station in Lovingston.

Taylor was indicted last week by a grand jury on the abduction charge. He's due back in court next month.
