Littlejohn's Deli on the University of Virginia's Corner district reopened late last night after a basement fire shut down the business for several hours.

Charlottesville Fire officials tell the Newsplex the cause of the basement fire could not be determined.

The damage was contained to the basement, but there are still no estimates on exactly how much damage was done.

No one was injured, but all the businesses on the block were evacuated. University Avenue was shut down to traffic for several hours.
