A former Keswick Hall employee accused of burning down his company-provided home was convicted of arson Tuesday evening.
Goran Andelic appeared in Albemarle County court Tuesday afternoon where the jury recommended a sentence of seven years for the conviction.
Andelic was an employee at Keswick Hall and lived in a house provided by his employer. He was fired in September of 2009 for repeatedly missing work, and hours later burned down the house. Andelic fled the scene and hid in a vacant apartment where he had previously lived.
Andelic will face a judge for sentencing on March 1.
