UVa Final Exercises: By the Numbers

Sunday was the 185th edition of Final Exercises at the University of Virginia, and thousands of Wahoos now have the paper to back up their education.

An estimated 35,000 people flooded grounds to support the graduates.

The university's 11 schools and colleges awarded more than 6,300 degrees, including bachelor's, master's, professional and doctoral certificates.

Ninety-five students earned their degrees in three years, and four people earned them in just two.
