Greek life at the University of Virginia is coming together and putting the letters aside for an afternoon of fun.

UVa's Greek Carnival marks the end of the Greek Weekend celebration with lots of games, activities and prizes.

Organizers say it's a day for the Greek and the Charlottesville communities to come together.

All 28 fraternities and 16 sororities helped to man the games and activities this afternoon.

The money raised will go to the Venable Neighborhood Association.
