Members of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce joined together Wednesday night for the 94th annual Chamber Dinner. WVIR's Harold B. Wright Jr. received the 2007 Paul Goodloe McIntire Citizenship Award. Over 450 people were at the Double Tree Hotel to honor Wright's achievements.
