Charlottesville and Louisa are tied for second place in the Jefferson District, and will both look to gain some ground and separate themselves when they clash in our Friday Night EndZone Game of the Week on the Lions' home field.

The Knights enter with a 3-3 record, 2-1 in the Jefferson District. Charlottesville saw its three game winning streak snapped by Western Albemarle last Friday night. Chris Fraser's squad is looking to start 3-1 in district play for the first time since 2003 and stay just one game back of Western.

Louisa is 4-2 on the season, 2-1 in district play, and topped Orange in overtime last Friday, 19-16. The Lions have fallen to Courtland, and also suffered their only district loss to Western Albemarle. Last year, Mark Fischer's team topped the Knights in Charlottesville.

Kickoff is set for 7:30pm at Louisa County High School. Click on the above video link to hear Fischer's thoughts on the match up, and be sure to catch Friday Night EndZone at 11:35pm on ABC16.
