For this week's segment of Make Dan Sweat, CBS19's Dan Schutte decided to see how much of a sweat he could work up as he shadowed a group with Student Services Moving company.
"You just gotta do what you gotta do. You have to drink a lot of water, because we sweat a lot," said Zach Rainey of Student Services Moving.
Dan broke a sweat after just 20 minutes on the job, that is why the crew says they drink fluids early in the day and often.
"I drink a lot of water and monster energy drinks pretty much," said Rainey.
"What we try and do is work as efficiently as possible and get the jobs finished so we can spend more time at the pool afterwords," said Adam Schiller, of Student Services Moving.
Those on the job say moving is a workout on its own.
"I know by the end of the day I wouldn't want to go to a gym or anything like that," said Schiller.
