Albemarle High School Raising Money for Students in Need

December 17, 2012

Albemarle High School's Jazz Band is holding a charity dance this Friday night.

There will be all types of music, including Christmas favorites, swing tunes, and even some Lady Gaga songs.

All of the money will go to students in need at Albemarle High School.

"The purpose this year is to raise money for the Valley Forge charity," said Matthew Smith, a senior at Albemarle High School. "That charity will give people who go to Albemarle High School necessary supplies for school, clothing or any other kinds of needs they have."

The concert starts at 8 p.m. on Friday.

Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults.
