Send Robert Hourihan's Disappearance Still Unanswered

It has been a year and a half since Robert Lee Hourihan disappeared, and his wife says dealing with his absence hasn't gotten any easier.

"It's unbearable at times," says Tara Hourihan, Robert's wife. "I have to pray daily for strength and patience because it can get extremely overwhelming for me and my daughter."

Melody, Hourihan's seven year old daughter has taken it the hardest.

"She went from having a father that was always there, loving her and providing for her, playing with her to just one day he disappears. He vanishes."

Hourihan left home for work on April 8th of 2011, that's the last time his wife and daughter ever saw him. One month later his car was found in a Target parking lot in Maryland. Police suspect foul play, and the family is asking for some answers.

"Anybody that knows anything please end our suffering because it's excruciating."

But as the Hourihans spend another holiday without Robert, they say they have lots to be thankful for.

"I'm thankful for the years I had with Rob, because they were wonderful and I'll always have that in my heart. And of course my family and friends, because I've got great ones."

The Hourihans continue their search for answers while finding reason to be thankful.
