In March, Virginia freshman Tristan Spurlock announced he would be leaving the University of Virginia. The highly touted freshman said that the departure from UVa was mutual and understandable by both parties.
On Saturday, UCFSports.com reported that the 6-foot-8 Spurlock would be taking his talents to Central Florida and would be enrolling at the school within the next few weeks.
Spurlock must sit out the entire 2010-2011 season due to NCAA transfer rules.
During his only season as a Cavalier, Spurlock played in 13 games averaging 2.3 points per game in just over 4 minutes of play.
