Tobacco Firms Sue FDA Over New Graphic Warnings

Tobacco companies want a judge to put a stop to new graphic cigarette labels that include the sewn-up corpse of a smoker and pictures of diseased lungs, saying they unfairly urge adults to shun their legal products and will cost millions to produce.

    this is crazy that the FDA wants to put labels such as these on cigarette packs. No consideration given for the young child that sees the pack laying out. If these types of warning are going on packs of cigarettes, what is next deadly car crashes on beer cans, liquor bottles. FDA needs to give us a break, they are so hard on smokers but what about the drunks that sit on corners or drive down the road.
