According to State Police, it could be next week before evidence from last week's Louisa County school bus crash is turned over to the Commonwealth Attorney's office.
Police say a second federal agency has now joined the investigation.
Results from the bus' black box were returned Wednesday, February 16th, but are not being released. The box could determine if speed was a factor in the crash.
At least eight students sustained injuries in that accident, including 16-year-old Thomas Cameron who later died.
As of now, the bus driver, 34-year-old Lorrie Ann Batten, has only been charged with reckless driving.
