A judge determined on Thursday, February 24, there is enough evidence to continue the case against Davey Mundie, the man at the center of an alleged dog-fighting ring.
After hearing brief testimony from one of the responding officers, the judge set a new court date for April 4.
The 27-year-old is charged with felony organized dog-fighting and neglect for an alleged dog fight involving five pit bulls at his home back in January.
