Fatal Accident

The Albemarle County Police are investigating a fatal accident that occured in the 49-hundred block of Free Union Road.
A Ford Truck carrying five occupants struck a tree and utility pole, killing one of them.
It appears at this time that seat belts were not worn, and that alcohol was not a factor.
