The Orange County Sheriff's Office has arrested 41-year-old Robin Browning, in connection to the shootings. She's in jail on drug and firearm charges, but the sheriff said she was once married to one of the victims, and is connected to the murder scene.

Sheriff C.G. Feldman said Robin Browning's 2004 red Corvette was last seen speeding away from the crime scene along Old Office Road in Orange County.

That is where 40 year olds William Browning and Vicki Truax were found shot to death inside a pickup truck Friday morning, March 18.

According to authorities, they searched the Corvette and found drugs and a firearm, along with evidence that proves the car was at the scene. Sheriff's deputies also have their eye on James Long, who lived with Robin Browning, and is believed to have been with her the night of the murders.

The sheriff says that Long is currently at a hospital in Fredericksburg recovering from a drug-related illness. As for Browning, she's being held at the Central Virginia Regional Jail.

Officials do believe drugs somehow played a role in this double murder. In fact, William Browning has a record for possession and distribution.
