Police are looking for leads in a string of home burglaries in Albemarle County. They say the break-ins have all taken place in the Milmont and Sismont areas.
Thousands of dollars in personal items have been stolen. Police say the thief usually strikes during the day while people are at work, and enters through a door or open window.
Police also caution home owners to lock all doors and windows.
