A UVA employee charged with making child pornography waived his preliminary hearing on Monday, March 28.
Edward Reese Brown admitted there is enough probable cause to continue his case.
Brown was charged with producing child porn after police found pornographic images on his work computer. Brown worked in dining services at UVA.
A trial date will be set on Monday, April 4.
