Collins Announces Candidacy

University of Virginia professor Rich Collins formally declared his candidacy for the House of Delegates on Monday, March 4.

He will run against former Mayor David Toscano for Mitch Van Yahres' 57th district seat.

Another democratic hopeful, University of Virginia professor Jeffrey Rossman, has indicated he has decided not to run for the seat.
