Varsity Hall on UVa's Grounds is sitting in its new home. University of Virginia moved the 150 year old building on Saturday, April 9 to make room for a new addition on Rouss Hall.
The university literally lifted the building and moved it to its new location along Hospital Drive. Administrators wanted to save the building because at the time it was constructed it was considered state of the art with indoor plumbing and restrooms.
