Delegate Rob Bell announced he is running again for re-election. Bell has been a delegate since 2001 and is now running for the third time.

During a speech he gave tonight, Bell said the new laws he helped pass are a step in the right direction, but he still believes there is more that needs to be done.

"For the past four years I have worked to get drunk drivers off our streets, domestic abusers out of our homes, and bullies out of our classrooms. I think we've made a good first step, but I'd like to continue my work down in Richmond, representing our area on things like crime, education, and taxes," explained Bell.

Bell said now that he's a father, he has an even stronger commitment to make neighborhoods and roads safer, and to ensure a quality public education.
