ABC agents seized several items from a local business they said were being used as part of a gambling ring in downtown Charlottesville.

Seven slot machines, twenty-five quarts of moonshine, and a vending machine filled with seventy-five beers were seized from a Charlottesville Novelties store.

The store owner said he was selling the slot machines and no one was gambling.

Officials said they are still investigating and no charges have been filed as of yet.
