Despite a lack of rain, water restrictions are not yet a major concern for our area. In a Rivanna Water and Sewer meeting today, officials say stream flows are enough to keep reservoirs full.
However, they also add that water levels are still below average for this time of year. Even though there are no restrictions in place yet, officials are encouraging residents to practice water conservation.
