Democratic nominee for the 57th district House of Delegates, David Toscano, will face Republican nominee Tom McCrystal in the 57th District House of Delegates race.
The 57th district, which includes Charlottesville and parts of Albemarle County, has voted democratically for decades. But McCrystal says he's not phased. He cites his moderate position as a better way "to get things done" in the conservative General Assembly.
Issues regarding transportation, education and privacy are most important to the candidate.
The election is November 8.
