Charlottesville's 'Save the Fireworks' foundation is asking for your help. The organization met today with volunteers to plan this year's fourth of July fireworks show.

The group is still in need of volunteers, especially to help with clean-up on July 5th. The annual event takes place at McIntyre Park and organizers expect this year's show to be the best celebration yet.

"We've got some great funding from the Dave Mathews band and Albemarle County's kicked in some money this year to help us out with the program, and we're able to kick the program up a notch," Dave Phillips, Chairman of the 'Save the Fireworks' foundation.

Anyone interested in volunteering for this year's event can contact the foundation at (434) 220-0799.
