The campaigning is over for most of those who ran in the primaries, but that doesn't mean their jobs are finished. Kim Tingley, Rich Collins, and David Toscano are used to being opponents, but today they joined forces for one cause, the democratic ticket.

The three meet for lunch on the Downtown Mall for what they're calling a 'Unity Lunch.' The meeting was to show solidarity supporting the Democratic Ticket coming this fall.

"I'm just very pleased that we're going to be united behind the state ticket for the Democrats. Tim Kaine and Creigh Deeds, and also Mrs. Byrne. We're all alike on that and we have many things in common here locally as well," said Collins.

David Toscano was the winner of the 57th House Seat primary for the Democratic Party. Both Collins and Tingley, his opponents, say they are supporting for his victory.
