It's been three months since the double murder in Orange County, and today the accuser appeared in court.

James Long, Jr.'s preliminary hearing was held at the Orange County Courthouse where three of his five felony charges were dropped. Now he faces charges of murder and possession of a firearm, both felonies.

The family members of William Browning and Vicki Truax were in court today. Browning and Truax were found murdered in the early morning of March 18.

Seven people testified for the Commonwealth Attorney today, including Robin Browning, the girlfriend of Long and the ex-wife of Browning. She is charged with two counts of possession of illegal drugs and one count of possession of a firearm. Her preliminary hearing was postponed until July 13.

Long will go before the grand jury July 25.
