Albemarle county police responded to an accident on the 2900 block of Ivy Road Tuesday afternoon.
Officers at the scene say, a woman driving a silver Acura out of the Northridge parking lot, pulled into traffic onto eastbound Route 250 traffic causing a jeep to swerve, and fall into an embankment.
There were no injuries reported for the man driving the jeep. Officers at the scene say that rainy weather with poor visibilty is the the cause.
