Delegate Rob Bell (R-58th) discussed on Good Morning Charlottesville the upcoming election, in which he is being challenged by Democratic candidate Steve Koleszar, and also issues concerning the 58th District.
Bell said that in his first term as a delegate, he worked to prioritize spending for education, and feels the Assembly has been successful doing so, thus far.
On the issue of transportation, the delegate cited the need to spend money allocated for transportation projects on transportation projects, instead of other things.
If reelected, Bell said he looked forward to strengthening sex offender laws. Currently, he said, the state does not know where 1,000 sex offenders are.
