A woman raped over Labor Day weekend confronted her alleged attacker in a Charlottesville court room Thursday.
John Henry Agee is charged with raping a former UVa law student on September 3, 2005.
At a preliminary hearing, the victim testified that Agee was the man who followed her down Sunset Avenue and pulled her into the woods and raped her.
The commonwealth says DNA evidence also proves Agee's guilt.
The judge today certified this case to the grand jury.
